Lovely outdoor seating and access to a beautiful lake. Milk and Welsh cakes provided. Comfortable beds and well-presented rooms. Great base for exploring Wales.

The cottage and location were lovely. the kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. the views from the cottage were fantastic. We also appreciated the small touches like a bottle of milk and Welsh cake upon arrival. the cottage was spacious and clean, and we had a comfortable stay.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few issues. the cottage was a bit cold at first, but once we turned on the heating, it felt warm.

The leaving time of 9am could be considered a bit early for some guests.

The noise from the road, particularly in the morning. It didn't bother us in the evening with the TV on, but it was noticeable when we were in bed.

Always come back to my favorite place in Betws-y-Coed. The helpful staff made finding transport a breeze. This place has it all - Wi-Fi, paid parking, cycling, cots. No pets, no smoking. See you again for Easter!

Waking up to the sounds of birds chirping and being surrounded by greenery was so refreshing.
